1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using z0.chat ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

z0.chat provides a unified interface for interacting with multiple AI language models including Claude, GPT, and Gemini. The Service routes your requests to third-party AI providers (OpenRouter, Novita, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the platform
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
  • Impersonate other users or entities

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Free plan limits reset daily at midnight UTC.

6. API Keys

If you provide your own API keys ("BYOK"), you are responsible for their security and any costs incurred. z0.chat encrypts stored keys and does not share them with third parties beyond the intended AI provider.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you input. AI-generated outputs are subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. z0.chat does not claim ownership over your conversations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — always verify important information independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

z0.chat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses from reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
